Our facility has security monitoring systems and our customers have 24/7 access to their storage units. The complex is fenced and gated completely. Contracts specials are for 12 months and your 13th month is free.

Building 4 is complete and open for business. This has expanded our inventory of both climate control and dry storage units. We are also excited that our new office will be complete later this month. The office will increase our customers convenience and expand the services we will be able to offer. We look forward to serving Natchitoches and the surrounding communities. Thanks for your support.

Attention Natchitoches and surrounding areas!!! We want those affected by this historic flood to know you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are trying to find a way that we can help our community find available storage. We are currently under construction with phase 3 expansion but those units are not availble at this time. Until those units become available, we have contracted with a container company out of Shreveport to deliver containers to our facililty starting Sunday March 13th. The containers will be delivered and stored at our facitly for up to 60 days and then will be returned to Shreveport. Once our new facitly is completed anyone interested can transition over to our new units. We will offer the following container sizes:
16x8x8 for $400
20x8x8 for $450
This was the most economical choice we were able to locate and this fee does include all cost for that 60 day period. Please share this with anyone that you feel may be in need of our services as the flooding continues.
