On occasion, Veterans or Military Retirees contact us to tell us they couldn’t get into a USO airport center because they are not active-duty military. As much as we’d like to open our doors to all those who have honorably served, we have limited space and financial resources.

It was a great day to Fill the USO Truck! Our Nashville volunteers had an incredible time at the Kroger block party, helping collect donations in support of the USO at BNA.

It was wonderful celebrating with the community and spending time with everyone, including a special appearance from their NASCAR driver ahead of this weekend’s racing action. The support and generosity shown throughout the day were truly inspiring.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out, donated, and helped make this event such a success. Together, we’re making a difference for the service members and military families served by the USO. 🇺🇸🏁

💙Join us for this special Kroger Block Party Edition of USO Stuff the Truck on Friday, May 29th !💙

We are excited to be coming back for another year to collect snack donations at the Kroger Block Party hosted in the parking lot of the Kroger on Main Street in Lebanon, with special guest, Kroger NASCAR Driver Ryan Preece! Ryan will be on site with Kroger from 4pm to 5pm, but we will be at the party all afternoon there to collect your snack donation as you shop! All donations will go to the USO Nashville Center to support Service Members and their families as they travel through BNA! So, stop on by, do your weekly shop, pick up a snack or two 😉 and say hi to our incredible USO Volunteer team out there! 💙

It is such an honor and a coincidence, to had Kennita Williams pass through our center on this specific day.

Kennita was Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year in 2017 🎗️. We learned a lot from her and it is great to hear some of the initiatives she has been apart of.

Thank you for your effort towards empowering other spouses and guiding them while navigating military life.
