Two years ago, this was me and my coworker in the shop. Nothing staged, nothing polished, just real work in motion. Sawdust on the floor, tools running, and both of us locked into getting the job done right.
He was fully geared up and focused, handling his side with precision. I kept things steady on mine, making sure everything flowed the way it should. Different roles, same objective. That’s what made it work. No confusion, no stepping on each other, just ex*****on.
Moments like this don’t look important at the time, but they are. This is where skill gets sharpened, where trust is built, and where you prove whether you can actually operate in a working environment, not just talk about it.
If I’m being honest, this isn’t just a throwback picture. It’s a reminder. Either you’re still building at that level or you’ve slipped. There’s no middle ground.
