Jodi wasn’t worried about what they would do once they got to Nashville. She was worried about one thing first:
How are we going to get 13 people from the airport together without turning it into a stressful mess?
They were flying into Nashville as a group to celebrate their granddaughter, and this was supposed to feel like a special family trip.
But before they even arrived, there were already things to think about.
Would they need multiple vehicles?
Would everyone get picked up at the same time?
Would there be enough room for all the luggage?
Would the group have to separate?
And most importantly, would everyone feel safe and comfortable?
So everything was arranged ahead of time.
One vehicle for the group.
The reservation was already scheduled.
Their arrival was planned.
And when they landed, they were welcomed with a sign instead of standing around trying to figure out what to do next.
The stress they were thinking about before the trip?
Gone.
Instead of coordinating rides at the airport, they could stay together, get comfortable, and start focusing on what the trip was actually about:
Celebrating their granddaughter and enjoying Nashville together. ❤️
Sometimes the biggest luxury while traveling isn’t the vehicle.
It’s knowing everything is already taken care of before you arrive.
