During the ‘off-season’ for boating is when you find time to make cool upgrades. Here, I custom built a stainless steel mounting bracket for my LED 18” Spot-Flood light mounted below my Doppler Radar unit. The old one was aluminum and dropped the light too low. Then, I replaced the old Wiper motor covers with new ones on custom brackets. On to the next project!

We are very excited to cruise the local waters here and visit the various marinas around the SF Bay, and Delta, this new year with friends and family! Here’s to a fantastic 2026 for everyone! 👍👍

My wife Suzanne and I took our boat for a brief spin on the SF Bay Saturday afternoon and here are a few iPhone pics of our little adventure. We started off in Sausalito, crossed the bay at Golden Gate Bridge, ventured to Pier 1-1/2 on the Embarcadero, then to Angel Island, then back to Sausalito where KKMI is installing three new windshield wiper motors. All this was after we had the engine maintenance and drive line replaced. She ran Purrrfectly!

KKMI of Sausalito did a fantastic job replacing our vessel’s worn out Python Drive unit and PSS Dripless shaft unit.
Highly recommend these guys for any substantial boat work. Hat’s off to ‘Mitch’ and his crew for a job well done!
