For the people asking to see our pictures of the van! Here is some information about Sunny! She is a 2016 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 170wb, high top. What that means is we have room to fully stand up and we can fit a full size mattress in the back. She took us about 6 months to fully build with the help of Thalia’s Dad, and lots of family and friends. Our latest project on the road was mounting the mason jars under the cabinets and mounting the monitor onto the wall. Plus of course a picture of our favorite Cat Cashew enjoying his favorite spot in the van.

The road to Dallas went smoothly! Sunny is running GREAT, and we stopped at the infamous BUC-EES. What a treat it was. Who knew there was a gas station where you can get gas, buy a brisket sandwich, and also a... crystal cow skull? The food was delicious, and we highly recommend getting some beaver nuggets.
