Flexible schedule. Duties include answering phone and aircraft radio calls, arranging catering, processing payments, monitoring inventory, arranging rental cars and hotel reservations, and relaying fuel orders to line service attendants. Customer Service Agents are scheduled using a monthly pre-planned calendar and work on a shift basis consisting mostly of evenings, weekends and holidays. Excellent interpersonal skills, a team oriented attitude, and problem-solving capability are important traits of this position. Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs is necessary. Pay: $12/hour.
