The General John A Logan Museum is pleased to have Alyssa Connell join our panel for Brunch with Mary on Saturday at 10am

Alyssa Connell is an aviation executive, professor, entrepreneur, and doctoral researcher. She currently serves as the Airport and FBO Manager at Southern Illinois Airport—
becoming only the third airport manager in its 75-year history, and the first woman to hold the role.

Alyssa is also the CEO of Connell Aviation Group and the owner of Runway Three-Six, one of the fastest-growing aviation apparel brands in the country. Prior to
leading a suite of family aviation businesses, she served as Executive Vice President of Hellman and began her career as a television reporter and producer.

She currently serves as a subject matter expert in general aviation for theTransportation Research Board in Washington, D.C.

One of our 4 panelists for Brunch with Mary this Saturday is Bisola Saliu. Bisola is a Certified Flight Instructor at Southern Illinois University Carbondale and a graduate of SIU’s Aviation Management and Flight program. Originally from Jos, Nigeria, she is passionate about mentoring the next generation of aviators and encouraging more women to pursue careers in aviation. Through her work as an instructor and volunteer, she is committed to inspiring others while honoring the legacy of the women who paved the way in flight.
