Drive for DTI

Drive for DTI Dot Transportation, Inc. (DTI) runs one of the nation’s largest privately owned fleets: built on hard work, honesty, and relationships that last. and Canada.

With reliable equipment and real support, we’re committed to the drivers who keep everything moving. (DTI) is the transportation affiliate of Dot Foods, North America’s largest less-than-truckload consolidator in the food industry. But DTI is its own story. We’re home to one of the largest privately owned trucking fleets in the nation, supporting deliveries to all 50 states and more than 50 countr

ies across 15 distribution centers and 30+ terminals throughout the U.S. Every truck in our fleet is maintained in company garages by our own team of trained mechanics, because quality isn’t something we outsource. DTI has grown right alongside Dot Foods since the beginning, and the same values that built that business run through everything we do here too. We’re a large company that still operates with a small-town mindset: hard work, honest people, and relationships that last. Drivers are supported with competitive pay, consistent miles, and a culture that actually takes care of its people. If you’re looking for stability, consistency, and a team that has your back, DTI delivers. Learn more at drivefordti.com

What makes Dot, Dot?

It's a simple question, but one that gets some pretty interesting answers.

For Superman Day, we asked employees around our St. Louis office what they believe is Dot's superpower. From our people and culture to the relationships we've built and the values we share, a few themes came up again and again.

Here's what they had to say. 💙

We dug into the archives and found a few snapshots from intern classes over the years.

A lot has changed since some of these photos were taken. Some of those interns have likely gone on to careers and opportunities they couldn't have imagined at the time.

What hasn't changed is the experience.

Every summer, Dot interns bring fresh ideas, new perspectives, and plenty of energy to the work we do at Dot Foods and Dot Transportation, Inc.

Take a trip down memory lane with us and see how our intern program has evolved over the years. 👀

A milestone trip for the Burley team. 🇨🇦🚛

Recently, Driver Trainer Jared Taylor and Driver Trainee Caleb Crafts made the journey into Canada, marking the first time an under-instruction trainee from our Burley distribution center has completed the trip across the northern border.

It's experiences like these that help prepare drivers for wherever the road takes them and continue building the next generation of DTI professionals.

Congratulations to Caleb on the accomplishment and thanks to Jared for helping make it happen!

We're also pleased to report that their trip passed inspection by at least one Canadian goose. 🪿

New for 2026, Dot Foods employees and their families now have access to FEDlogic as part of our benefits package. FEDlogic advisors can help you navigate coverage options, identify potential savings, and explain additional resources that may be available beyond Dot’s insurance plans, including government-provided benefits.

Because having the right support can make life’s biggest moments a little easier to manage.

“On the road representing the best trucking company out there.” 💪 🚛

Driver Daemon Hunter from our Manchester distribution center shared his setup for staying active while out on the road.

Long days behind the wheel make movement and healthy routines even more important. Whether it’s a quick workout, a walk around the truck, or time spent stretching between stops, those habits help drivers take care of themselves for the miles ahead.

Drivers, what’s one thing you do to stay active on the road?

Today marks 13 years since Dot opened its first Family Health Center at Dot Foods Vidalia. 🎉

What started as a way to make high-quality care more accessible and affordable has grown into care access for more than 12,000 of our employees, their spouses, and children.

And in 2025, Dot Foods reached its goal of bringing a Family Health Center to every one of our U.S. distribution centers. Cheers to 13 years!
