A safe warehouse is a productive warehouse. Taking a proactive approach to safety helps reduce workplace injuries, improve efficiency, and create a stronger culture of accountability. OSHA identifies common warehouse hazards including forklifts, material handling, ergonomics, slips, trips, and falls.

Robert has been with the InterChange family for 1 year and 5 months and plays a key role in ensuring our payroll operations run smoothly and accurately. His day-to-day responsibilities include processing payroll for InterChange Group, Express, and Classic D, while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Beyond payroll, Robert contributes through policy development, internal auditing, data analytics, and collaboration with both government and private entities to support organizational efficiency and integrity.

Rain, wind, and even a torn tent couldn't stop us! 🌧️💨

We had an incredible time at the fair and were thrilled to meet so many people who stopped by our booth. Despite a stormy setback, the experience reminded us why we love being involved in our community.
