Proposal for Truck Drivers
Standard Compensation Package 1099 (OTR)
Benefits reimbursed up to $200
$ 0.50+ per mile driven
Monthly Incentive
If more than 10k miles per month an additional $ 0.05 per miles will be paid
Quarterly Incentive
If these conditions are met we pay a quarterly bonus of $ 500
On-time pick-up and delivery
Don’t abuse home-time
The appearance of the truck and keeping up with the maintenance schedule

Bonus incentive
After a year of service, we will train you to run your own business and help you to get your own truck. We only charge 10% to manage dispatch on your truck.
BWE will consult with credit and financing for truck purchase within the first year of service.
Pay bonus of $100 to $500 for passed DOT inspection.
Referral Bonus
$250 for each referral if the referral stays on for 3 months
an additional $250 for each referral if the referral stays on for 6 months
Home-time
OTR: 4 days after 3 weeks on the road
Regional or short-term OTR (5days): 34h after 5 days
Dedicated: 34h after 5 days and potential of being at home every other day
Requirements
+3 years of experience
Ability to drive manual trans trucks.
Only minor infractions on driving record
