💛 Rest in Peace, Dolly. 💛

Tonight, Tennessee feels a little different.

Dolly Parton was so much more than the songs we grew up singing. She was mountain roots and rhinestones, big dreams and an even bigger heart. She showed generations of women that you could be strong and feminine, successful and kind, proud of where you came from and brave enough to dream beyond it.

She never forgot her Tennessee home—and she never stopped giving back.

For so many of us, Dolly feels woven into the fabric of Tennessee. Her music became part of our memories, her humor made us smile, and her generosity changed lives.

And maybe that's one of the greatest lessons she leaves behind:

Wasn’t she beautiful? There is something so special about a moon that makes you stop for a minute, look up, and just take it all in.

If you loved seeing the Strawberry Moon, I think our LynMA Sunshine Sisters trip on August 28th is going to feel extra magical.
