To All ETW Employees: Wishing You a Wonderful Back-to-School Season
Celebrating New Beginnings Together
As the summer days draw to a close and the first notes of autumn begin to play, many of us find ourselves helping our children prepare for the new school year. Whether your child is picking out their very first backpack, heading into a new grade, or embarking on the final year of their educational journey, this time of transition is filled with excitement, anticipation, and perhaps a touch of nervousness.
At ETW, we understand that your family’s milestones are as important as the goals we achieve together at work. The back-to-school season is a special moment that brings both challenges and opportunities for growth—not only for our children, but also for us as parents, guardians, and mentors. It is a time to celebrate curiosity, resilience, and the endless possibilities that learning brings.
We want to acknowledge the effort, love, and dedication you show each day in supporting your children. Balancing work and family is no small feat, and your commitment does not go unnoticed. As your children step into new classrooms, meet new friends, and face new adventures, we hope you take pride in the role you play in their success.
Please remember to take time to savor these moments—helping with homework, listening to stories about their day, and cheering them on at every milestone. These small acts create lasting memories and strengthen the bonds that matter most.
On behalf of the entire ETW team, we wish all of your children an inspiring, safe, and joyful return to school. May this year be filled with discovery, growth, and wonderful new experiences.
Thank you for everything you do, both at work and at home. Here’s to a fantastic school year ahead!

I wanted to let those who follow our page know that Brandon Bryant passed away this morning. Brandon was one of those folks that never seemed to have a bad day. He enjoyed life and family. When he was diagnosed with cancer, he always had a positive attitude about it. With his family by his side supporting him the entire way, he fought a valiant fight. Brandon had come by the office a couple of times over the last year or so just to say Hi and visit. He never lost his joy for life.

On a personal note, I know Brandon's Faith in Christ was strong and I know where he is right now. Heaven's gain is this world's loss. He will be greatly missed. We will continue to pray for peace for his family.

Brandon worked in the wash bay for us. Several months after he had to leave employment because of his illness, he came by and said he felt good and wanted to know if we had anything he could do for a few days. We kept an eye on him but it was good to see him out there cleaning the fence and feeling productive.
