Please join us in welcoming our new General Manager at MFR - Ali DiPour! He brings nearly 30 years of senior leadership experience to the organization, with a background rooted in building high-performing teams, setting clear standards, and operating in complex, high-expectation environments.
A retired U.S. Army Infantry Officer, Ali most recently served as the G3 for the New Mexico Army National Guard, where he led enterprise-level operations and organizational readiness efforts. Throughout his career, he developed a leadership approach centered on preparation, accountability, and trust —principles that translate seamlessly to delivering consistent, high-quality service and safe, reliable operations.
Ali’s leadership philosophy emphasizes clear expectations, empowered teams, and attention to detail. He believes exceptional service is achieved when teams are well-trained, trusted to take initiative, and supported by leaders who lead by example. His focus is on creating a professional environment where standards are clear, communication is deliberate, and every interaction reflects care and respect for both guests and colleagues.
Ali holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico and is a graduate of the Air War College, where he earned a Master of Strategic Studies. He was inducted into the Honorable Order of Saint Maurice in 2016 and is a member of the National Infantry Association.
As General Manager, Ali is committed to upholding the Million Air standard of excellence, fostering a culture of hospitality and professionalism, and strengthening relationships within the Medford aviation community. He is dedicated to ensuring every guest and flight crew experiences the attention, consistency, and service that define the Million Air brand.
