Wahoos are here. One boat fished yesterday and caught 16 along with mahis and blackfins. Weather looks beautiful this weekend and we are open. Make-ups possible.

Wahoo season is finally getting cranked up. 10 on Thursday, 12 yesterday, and 9 today. Lots of open dates, looks to be a good fall.

Marlin in the water. Hooked a nice blue marlin, 500 or better and unfortunately pulled him off after a 15 minute battle. Caught a pair of whites and pulled off another shortly after. Decent catch of mahi (bycatch) to go along despite the fact we were not trying to catch them. The fish are here, time to go. 252-725-0544.

Good billfishing right now, been getting several shots a day at whites, sails, and the occasional blue. Still some gaffer dolphin mixed in with the bailers. Open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Had our South African marlin slayer on the boat today, and as usual, he produced. Fished all day trying to stay away from all the dolphins, and finally at the end, Mark caught a fat 550 pound blue marlin and a white marlin. The fleet in whole had a great day with mahis and blue marlins.

Great fishing right now, May is definately here. Ended up today with 11 wahoos and a dozen or so gaffer dolphins. The marlin are here too, we didn't catch one but some were seen and caught. We have open days, make-up trips a possibility, give me a call 252-725-0544.

Beautiful day in the ocean. Had great fishing and great weather. The wahoos were hungry and alot bigger than what we have been catching. Caught 7 wahoos, 8 or 9 good sized gaffer dolphin, a blackfin, and a king mackerel.

Had the honor of taking the builder of the Impulse, Capt. Lenord Rigsbee, and faimily fishing today. Beautiful day, calm seas and clear skys. Fishing started off good, got very slow, and ended spectacular. Our crew of mixed nationalities ended the day with six nice wahoos and three sailfish. Pretty day again tomorrow, hopefully an even better report.
