In times of loss, we are reminded that the strength of a company comes from its people, its values, and the legacy of those who came before us.

Following the passing of our beloved CEO, Will, we know that many in our company, our industry, and our community continue to grieve alongside us. While no one can replace Will, his vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment to our employees, customers, and the trucking industry will continue to guide us.

Delia Moon Meier has been named President and CEO of Iowa 80 Group and CAT Scale.

As Will's sister, business partner and a longtime leader within our organization, Delia has dedicated her career to the values that have defined our company for generations. She knows this business, she knows our customers and she shares Will's unwavering commitment to the trucking industry, supporting our employees, and serving professional drivers and the motoring public.

We are confident that under her leadership, Iowa 80 Group and CAT Scale will continue to grow, innovate, and serve the people who have placed their trust in us for so many years.

As we mourn this tremendous loss together, we ask that you honor Will's memory by keeping your comments thoughtful and respectful. Please remember that family members, close friends, and longtime employees are reading your messages during this difficult time.
