In regards to recent allegations about our company and our business model:

This past week Modified Bodies was in the process of fulfilling an event contract involving multiple models. As a company we assumed all financial risk for our clients (the performers), arranged lodging, provide transportation at no cost, making arrangements with the venue and their promoter, in addition to providing them with contracts designed to protect them. All clients read and signed contracts including a commission pay structure that heavily favored the performers . After arriving at the venue several performers and a third party associated with the venue conspired to undermine our contract and voluntary violated their agreements. We have seen false information being circulated online about this and would like to assure you these post have no truth behind them.

At this time, under the advisement of our legal team, we will not be releasing any additional information on the subject as we consider this an on going issue.
