Pardon the mess, but we’ve been working hard to get more of our popular parts complete and ready to go, all current edge/explorer/4x4 ranger upper arms on order will be shipped soon, and then we should have some left over for stock. 06-10 explorer upper arms in stock, 05-23 Tacoma uppers in stock, 03-23 4runner/gx470 should be in stock in about a week, 1st gen Tacoma/3rd gen 4runner upper arms also in stock ready to ship. I’m realizing times are changing and people can’t wait for several weeks/months for parts others have on the shelf. We are working on reducing lead times for the 05-23 Tacoma and 03-23 4runner lower arms as well. We hear you, and we are working on it!

Closer view of the wiring Travis did on the , all heat shrunk with raychem heat shrink and every plug is labeled. Engine harness comes out easy as well as the rear harness for all the stuff in the bed like the air compressors, fuel pump, etc. should make for easy maintenance when the time comes.

New Ranger edge/4x4 SOHC motor mounts will be available on our website tomorrow. Totally bolt on.

Little bit of everything today. Upper arms test fit on a new 4runner, Tacoma/4runner lowers arms getting burned in by Dane, Travis getting close on the c10 wiring, and new hard/soft brake lines on Trevor’s Ranger. Should be able to bleed them tomorrow and get the new tierods back on.

Fixing a nagging issue we’ve had on this truck: the pass side wheel bearing kept getting loose, we figured we just got a lousy bearing the first go around, so we swapped that out, and shortly after it happened again. Come to find out, the outer stub shaft radius on this oem toyota part was bigger than most. Not sure if the aftermarket bearings have a smaller than normal chamfer on them or not, but you can see the witness marks on the radius. This made the hub essentially push away from the inner bearing by maybe .010-.020” or so when everything got torqued. Not a lot, but with 37’s it was really noticeable. We swapped the outer cv joint and all appears to be well now. 🇺🇸

Winding down 2025, I can’t thank all of our followers, friends, and customers enough. You’ve kept us busy and employed, building parts that hopefully allow you all to get outside and have fun, see things a lot of people don’t get to see, or do it faster and more comfortable than you were able to before. Big thank you to Travis, who knows how to build things better than me, and Dane who can weld circles around me. Appreciate both of you. And thanks to our new packing/shipping dude Dylan who will hopefully be more organized/efficient than me soon. Looking forward to new adventures next year and hopefully some cool builds. Thank you all! Happy new year!

Finally finished up ford explorer, we got to do some oddball stuff on the rear suspension, can’t wait to see how we can dial it in. We were able to keep the factory gas tank and space for the kids inside this way. doing the damping duty, rolling on wrapped in 37’s. Our edge/explorer Longtravel kit is up front with Dana 44 hubs and Wilwood calipers all the way around. 🇺🇸

Shop is a bit of a disaster, but two trucks will be leaving this week and it’ll be time to start a new chapter at a new shop for us. I’m going to miss this and can’t help but feel a little nostalgic right now. For about a decade this little backyard shop has been where we spent most of our waking hours. Met a ton of great people here, and learned a lot. Myself, Travis, and Dane, along with a handful of helpers along the way (you all know who you are) have pushed out some really cool builds and a ton of product. I’ve been kind of embarrassed by how small this place is, but can’t help but feel a little sad that these last couple trucks are the last that will be built here. Keep an eye out for the for sale stories as we start moving, we’ve accumulated a ton of random parts that need to go. We will be moving to a new location in San dimas just down the road a bit that should enable us to speed up production times and be more organized. Thank you all for following along and supporting us this far, we are excited to get into some bigger square footage for sure! 🇺🇸
