Fri 5/29: We had a steady pick of nice sized fish keeping us busy through the flood tide. Once the ebb made up, the bite slowed to a trickle, but our AWESOME ANGLERS ended the day with a solid catch. Dave Coutryer ruled the cafeteria with his 2 lb. Porgy and split with the pool proceeds. Way to go Dave!! Thurs 5/28: 🎣🎣🎣🎣 It was a beautiful day and the DELUXE MODEL PORGIES were nibbling on the MONTAUK GROUNDS!!! We had great action and our AWESOME ANGLERS went to work today filling the totes with the finest kind of quality fish. And today it was Justin Costa who dominated the cafeteria and grabbed the lunch money with his 2.25 lb PORGY! Way to go Justin!!! Weds 5/27: 🎣🎣🎣🎣 Made a run to MONTAUK today……WORTH THE RIDE!!! Lots of steady action all day kept the rods bent and the buckets filling!!! The junior anglers really showed out. We had nice piles of Porgies keeping us busy all day and a GREAT CATCHING FAMILY FUN FISHING DAY on THE FIN was had. 2 lb. Porgy took home the pool proceeds today! Tuesday 5/26: We made several drops today, 2 produced a slow steady pick, but neither gave up the quantity of fish we would have liked. Thanks to our AWESOME ANGLERS who hung in there and kept at it. They did put some quality fish in the boat, with Martin claiming the pool victory with his 2 lb Porgy. Way to go Martin!!! All tickets are SOLD OUT for tomorrow. A steady bite all day allowed sharpies like Elvis to fill his cooler with a LIMIT of JUMBO PECONIC PORGIES. Everyone was in on the action harvesting quality fish, with Christian claiming the lead with his pool winning 2.25 lb PECONIC DELIGHT!!! Way to go Christian! Sat 5/23: 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🎣🎣🎣 Our AWESOME ANGLERS stayed on the grind all day, but GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO BAIT!!! When the door finally cracked open giving us the opportunity we were waiting for, they knocked it off the hinges!!! It’s not easy, but you must do the work!!! And today it was Arthur Clark all the way from Philadelphia, PA who locked down the cafeteria with the standard issue, straight from the mold, 2.8 lb. JUMBO PECONIC PORGY and took everyone’s lunch money!!! Way to go Arthur!!! A good FAMILY FISHING FUN time was had with amazing people CHASIN FINS and FILLIN BINS!!! Fri 5/22: Hats off to our AWESOME ANGLERS for hanging in there on a tough day; east wind, wind against tide, finicky bite. We put in some serious overtime and it was a hard fought battle, but we waited for the right tide to get a bite going and they did manage to put some nice ones on ice. And today it was Khamahl Murray who ruled the cafeteria with his 2.8 LB. JUMBO PECONIC PORGY and fetched the lunch money. Way to go Khamahl!!! You have to work, work, work, work, work!
