Multiple daily calls or messages slow us down and disrupt the process for everyone. If that happens, we'll have to ask you to pick up your vehicle at its current status.
Vehicles can sometimes throw unexpected challenges our way, so timelines aren't always exact. Once we say "We'll let you know when it's ready," trust us—we're working efficiently to get it back to you ASAP. (We'd rather have your payment than your vehicle!)
