Moving Company Looking for labor
We are a moving company looking for a few extra employees to keep on hand. Part time only / on call. this can mean that you might only work a couple of days a month or a couple days a week. this all depends on time of the year and customer needs. This business has been known to be as slow as no work for weeks to working 40+ hours in a few. Nothing is guaranteed. Work can come in weeks in advance, days in advance, or even the day of.

We do mostly office and industrial moves, and some household. Experience is not required, but it will put you at the top of the call list.
Jobs are mostly in the bay area, but we can go just about anywhere in California that there is work.
Job(s) would include, loading and unloading trucks, padding furniture, packing/unpacking boxes, prepping buildings or houses with floor and wall protection, to be moved in or out. lifting is a big part of this job anywhere from 1-150 lbs. Jobs include furniture install, cubicle setup/tear down, keyboard tray installs. setting up bedrooms, and offices to customers needs.
Also keeping a smile on your face and having a "whatever it takes" attitude, especially in front of the customer/client. Most of the work we do it repeat business/accounts that we would like to keep happy. Sometimes but not very often we will be required to stay the night on jobs, Miceli Transfer will provide sleeping arrangements and usually dinner and breakfast.
We do not hire driver only positions.
We do not hire cash only positions, anyone hired will be on payroll.
Some jobs require Identification and back round checks, we do some work for Medical Facilities, Prisons, and Government Facilities like NASA and Lockheed Martin.
ALWAYS HAVE YOUR ID ON YOU AT EVERY JOB NO MATTER WHAT!
Having/bringing tools are not required but is helpful on big jobs.
Starting pay for labor is $10 or whatever current minimum wage is set at.
Labor $10-$12 an hour
We do not turn down any applications, we will let you know if we think we can use you but work in this type of job does not guarantee hours.
