carrier) offers the capacity for quality import/export, local and regional Container drayage via our Gulf coast terminal facilities in Mobile, AL, and New Orleans, LA, By way of an exclusive partnership with Point Logistics, we also offer capacity for longer-haul (out to 400 miles) Container drayage, Flatbed, Van and Bulk freight services. Together, we also operate a fleet of tri-axle 20ft tilt chassis’ and 40ft dump trailers. SIX provides Depot and Equipment management centrally located within the drayage community in Mobile and New Orleans. Our 18+ acre facilities welcome wheeled or grounded containers. Ocean providers, (examples include ONE, NYK, Kline, Maersk, OOCL and CMA-CGM) have or do rely on our Depot services and space as strategic off-port options. SIX Depot also operates as primary option for equipment storage for lease and sales providers. We offer our clients competitive rates for a desirable, highly-secure space and use the “Depot Systems” software for daily activity and inventory reporting. In partnership with Merchants Transfer Co. we offer the added value of 2.1 million square feet of warehouse space in Mobile County with easy access to I-65, I-10, I-165 and Highway 43. Merchants Transfer has been in the warehousing business for over 100 years. Their secure facilities offer flexible lease arrangements and private or contract warehousing. Warehousing facilities are also easily accessible from the Alabama State Docks and numerous rail lines terminals, such as CSX, NS, BNSF, IC, CN, TASD Terminals and AGR.
