Answer and screen phone calls.
Calculate quotes.
Explain terms of rental agreements.
Complete paperwork with customers and take payments.
Show customers to their vehicles to point out and notate damages at the time of check out.
Check mileage and inspecting for damage when vehicle is returned. If new damages are present, following the proper protocols to get it fixed.
Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations.
Meet all sales and service standards.
Complete administrative task.
Communicate via telephone and email in a friendly and professional manner.
Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.
What you'll need
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred but not required.
Must be at least 21 and have a clean driving record.
Ability to follow defined service and sales processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service.
Basic computer skills
Ability to work 40 hours per week
