It was nice to be back over the dye pot again. This is a silk charmeuse sleeveless blouse with cowl collar. It might be headed to a trunk show soon.

During the International Shibori Symposium in 2008, we ate here after starting in Provence and then a few days in Lyon. After dinner we were on a bus tour to see Galleries Lafayette lit up for the holidays, then to the Trocadero to view the Eiffel Tower across the Seine, also lit up.

A project that has been waiting to be done - La Joconde Jacket and blouse. Made from two scarves found at different thrift stores in times past plus some purchased silk. No dyeing was involved.

After going to Wichita early to help with unpacking and preparing the pieces for the HGA runway show, after the show on Friday evening, I came back so I didn't get to see the pieces put up in the gallery after the show. Thanks to my friend Lisa for sending this photo.
