What an awesome day we had for our Wings N Wheels event! We would like to thank our wonderful community, vendors, pilots, and the Tri-State Warbird Museum for all the support to make this day happen. The B-25, Champaign Gal, that was scheduled had to unfortunately cancel its appearance due to an engine malfunction. This is an unfortunate reality of maintaining a vintage aircraft that was manufactured in 1944. The other vintage aircraft are still planning to attend and the event will proceed as scheduled.

Reminder for this Saturday, October 7th, from 10-2: Wings N Wheels!! We have the B-25 “Champaign Gal” flying in as well as other vintage planes! Additionally, the public is welcome and encouraged to bring your favorite ride to show off for the Cruise-In!
We’ll have giveaways for kids, and local food trucks and vendors so bring your appetites! We’ll be hosting EZ Squeezee Lemonade LLC, Shoreline Pizza , Xtra Terrestrial Tacos, Holy Smokez, Olde Cabin Kettle Corn, B-25 Champaign Gal, Benestar Brands

🌟 Join us for an exciting time at the Greater Portsmouth Regional Airport, Wings N Wheels!

🗓️ Date: October 7th
⏰ Time: 10-2
📍 Location: 138 Barklow Rd Minford, Ohio
💵 Admission: Free!

We plan to bring THREE military planes this year, including the B-25, Champaign Gal! Additionally, there will be a cruise-in for all makes and models of modern and classic cars for their owners to show off!
Food, drink, and snack trucks will be on site, too!.

There will be family fun for all ages. Mark your calendars and we hope to see you there!

It was a beautiful day with a fantastic turn out at the Greater Portsmouth Regional Airport. The Scioto County Airport Authority would like to give a huge shout out to the vendors that helped to make the day happen, including Cheezy Street, Wing-N-It, Sprigg’s Steak and Rib Shack, Olde Cabin Kettle Corn, Freezy Street, and Benestar Brands. We would also like to give a special thank you to the Scioto County Commissioners, the Minford Volunteer Fire Department, Medflight of Ohio, Marcie Barlow, Linda Barlow, and all the pilots that participated. Lastly, thank you to all the great people of our community that came out in support!
