The Bartolotta Restaurants Bartolotta Restaurants have an unwavering focus on passion, quality, and the highest standards for food, service and overall guest experience.

The Bartolotta Restaurants is a Milwaukee-based restaurant group owned by brothers Paul and Joe Bartolotta. Their first restaurant, Ristorante Bartolotta, opened in 1993 and today, the group owns and operates 15 restaurants and catering facilities, including four upscale establishments, two upscale casual concepts, a pair of supper clubs, a pizzeria and a lakefront custard stand, as well as three quick-casual restaurants in the Milwaukee airport.

Kayla shares, "Having grown up with three younger siblings, I quickly learned how to help out and cook for them and I was always experimenting with new flavors and ideas. I did not know until later in life that it would be my true calling. I truly believe that in this industry, passion, experience and determination are everything. Matthew shares, "I first joined as an intern, and the culture and values I experienced firsthand left a lasting impression on me. The company has long been recognized in the Milwaukee community for its commitment to excellence and outstanding hospitality.

After my internship, I went into public accounting, so returning as a Staff Accountant feels like a full-circle moment. It's a chance to apply the experience and perspective I've gained in a new way.
