In addition to a 5,000 and 6,000 foot runway, and three aircraft parking ramps, MIV has an active Foreign Trade Zone and is designated as a Federal Empowerment Zone, which enables tax and loan incentives. Two 40,000 foot hangars are available and perfect for aviation-related companies. A tax-exemption for companies wanting to lease existing space, or purchase land to build is an added incentive. M

IV is the perfect landing space for executive or personal aircraft, with no landing fees, and close by to major cities like Philadelphia, New York, and Baltimore.

In honor of , we’re proud to reflect on a powerful moment back in 2023 when the Cape May-Lewes Ferry welcomed the bronze statue of Harriet Tubman, known as the “Beacon of Hope.”

This inspiring sculpture began its journey at the Cape May Point Science Center on September 1, 2023, as part of its first Freedom Tour stop. It continues to travel through New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Maryland—retracing the historic path of the Underground Railroad. Its next destination: Salisbury, Maryland.

The ferry’s route mirrors one once taken by freedom seekers, who relied on moonless nights and the Cape May Lighthouse to guide them across Delaware Bay. We were honored to assist in the statue’s symbolic crossing, paying tribute to Harriet Tubman’s courage and the resilience of countless African Americans who fought for freedom and justice.

As we celebrate Black History Month, let’s honor these sacrifices and contributions—and keep their stories alive. 💛
