What happens on charter doesn’t always stay on charter. 😬

Today’s episode of “Well, THAT’S Not Supposed to Look Like That” features a boat that came back looking innocent enough—until we got underneath it.

The bottom of the keel is blown apart on a new catamaran. 💥⛵️

Damage like this can easily go unnoticed from the dock, but underwater? There’s no hiding it from us. 🤿

Because sometimes “everything was fine” and actually fine are two very different things. 😏

Always nice to hear positive feedback! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Got called out for a prop issue yesterday, only to find out the diver in Virginia who supposedly cleaned the boat just two weeks ago apparently only did a “waterline special.”

A picture is worth a thousand words, and we provided this customer with plenty of them. The photos told the real story and showed exactly why they were having issues.

It’s frustrating when someone in our profession does customers wrong because it gives the entire industry a bad reputation. We take pride in doing the job right the first time and being honest with our customers.

We were more than happy to get this boat taken care of and make things right. Every boat we service gets treated as if it were our own, and that’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.
