Got called out for a prop issue yesterday, only to find out the diver in Virginia who supposedly cleaned the boat just two weeks ago apparently only did a “waterline special.”

A picture is worth a thousand words, and we provided this customer with plenty of them. The photos told the real story and showed exactly why they were having issues.

It’s frustrating when someone in our profession does customers wrong because it gives the entire industry a bad reputation. We take pride in doing the job right the first time and being honest with our customers.

We were more than happy to get this boat taken care of and make things right. Every boat we service gets treated as if it were our own, and that’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.

Not our usual callout, but when our big customers have an emergency, we mobilize. It was a long day to St. Michaels but glad we could help them secure their shaft & prop in order to get towed to a haulout facility for repairs.

WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE BOTH WATERLINE CLEANERS & DIVERS!

As the weather is starting to break, our season is rapidly approaching. We will be in the water starting to clean & inspect boats the beginning of April!

If you or someone you know enjoys being outside & in the water, please reach out. We provide all the necessary equipment & training. The schedule is usually Monday thru Thursday with the occasional Friday & are based out of the Annapolis area.

We are doing something different than diving this week…

We are helping a life long friend & his business as they collect donations for the victims of Hurricane Helene. We are emptying our business van of all things diving so we can load it up with much needed supplies for those who have lost everything down in the Asheville, NC area. We will also be towing our utility trailer for extra room.

If you are nearby & can spare anything on the list below, please let us know so we can coordinate pickup. If Zelle would be easiest, the company number accepts Zelle funds (please put in message: Hurricane Helene) and we will go shopping with whatever is donated. We will be leaving early Monday morning.

Talk about finding a particular needle in a needle stack.. Kristen recovered a lost WVU ring today from the muck that is Back Creek! She’s definitely got her “finding things mojo” back!

It’s not often you see us diving on a Sunday… but when we cleaned our customers boat & found they have a damaged propeller, they were able to find & buy a new one. So we came down, were able to pull the old one off & install the new prop so they could keep their travel plans! 🚤🤿
