🎉🌼 Happy Birthday to our favorite carefree, fun-loving, silly ray of sunshine - CYNDY! 🌼🎉

Her birthday may not be until this weekend, but we believe she deserves all the praise, love, and celebration a little early!

Around here, the team knows her as Cyndy Wendy or Mamaw, and she keeps every single one of us laughing. After more than 30 years of serving our community as a case manager for individuals with intellectual disabilities, she officially "retired"... but somehow still volunteers at our family business 2–3 days a week, like it's her favorite hobby!

When she's not brightening up the shop, you'll find her treasure hunting at thrift stores, tending to her garden, painting, streaming her favorite shows, walking her beloved beagle (her true best friend 🐶), or creating new honey-do lists for her main squeeze, Bruce.

Her heart is huge, her spirit is contagious, and life is simply better with her in it.

We love you, Cyndy! 💛 Thank you for bringing so much joy, laughter, kindness, and heart to everyone around you. Wishing you the happiest birthday weekend and another amazing year filled with adventures, smiles, and all the things you love most!

Kyle has been with DLB Hauling through many seasons of growth within our business. On paper, his hire date is 2016, but in reality, he was part of the team even before then. Over the years, he has become more than just an employee - he’s been a huge part of the foundation and growth of DLB.
