🚨 Austin I-35 Crash Update:
The truck driver involved has now been indicted on 22 charges.

⚖️ That includes:
5 counts of manslaughter
2 counts of aggravated assault causing serious injury
15 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
📌 The charges match the scale of the tragedy: 5 killed, 17 injured.
❌ Despite early suspicion, no intoxication charges were filed — tests showed the driver was sober.
His next court hearing is set for October 13.
