Currently seeking candidates for the following live aboard positions onboard a private 112’ motor yacht program starting 1 June 2026 in Viareggio, Italy.

The vessel will load in Genoa before crossing to the United States and will ultimately be based in Aventura, Florida.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• EXPERIENCED MATE
Seeking a professional and experienced Mate with strong operational awareness, good maintenance standards, and confidence operating independently. Previous experience driving and maintaining a 36’ Aviara tender is highly preferred. Candidate should be capable of taking owners out independently when required, assisting with docking operations, washdowns, maintenance, guest operations, and overall vessel presentation.

• DECK/STEW
Seeking a motivated Deck/Stew with relative experience in both deck and interior departments onboard yachts. Candidate should be comfortable assisting across both departments while maintaining a high standard of presentation, organization, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is adaptable, hardworking, detail oriented, and able to operate efficiently within a fast-paced program.

🚨 STEWARDESS NEEDED | PRIVATE 90’ MOTOR YACHT – AVENTURA, FL 🚨

We’re looking for a professional, service-oriented stewardess to join a 2023 San Lorenzo SL90A, privately owned and based in Aventura, Florida.

This is a relaxed, well-run program offering a great work-life balance, respectful owners, and long-term potential.

🛥 PROGRAM OVERVIEW
• Private use only – primarily weekend day trips
• Anchoring in Oleta State Park or the Haulover area
• Dockside restaurant visits in Miami or Fort Lauderdale
• Typically 2–8 guests onboard
• 2–3 Bahamas trips per year (7–14 days)
• Current crew of 3: Captain, Mate, Stewardess
