Thinking back to my tour of the Renaissance Birmingham Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa! From the beautiful architecture and cozy gathering spaces to the relaxing spa and gorgeous golf course views, this is the kind of place that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile.

Disney has officially revealed the name and storyline for the brand-new Indiana Jones attraction coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

Indiana Jones and the Myth of the Jade Serpent will open inside the new Tropical Americas area in 2027, bringing guests an entirely original adventure inspired by the ancient Maya and their powerful connection to nature.

After entering a mysterious temple near a once water-filled underground cave called a cenote, guests will join Indiana Jones on an expedition that takes a terrifying turn. Riders will be pulled through a portal leading to the Maya Underworld, where danger waits around every corner!

Disney has officially confirmed:

🐍 A massive serpent called the Tsukán, inspired by Maya mythology

🦂 Encounters with monstrous bats, enormous scorpions, fire, flames and snakes

🏛️ An original storyline set inside an ancient Maya temple

🎭 Revolutionary Audio-Animatronics figures

🤠 Harrison Ford serving as the model for the Indiana Jones figure, marking the first time his likeness will appear in a Disney attraction

Disney has officially revealed exciting new details about Antonio’s Fiesta de Encanto, the first-ever Encanto ride-through attraction created for a Disney park!

Opening in 2027 inside the new Tropical Americas area, this family-friendly adventure will invite guests into Casita on the day Antonio receives his magical gift: the ability to communicate with animals.

Guests will board whimsical ride vehicles created from pieces of furniture brought together by Casita’s magic and travel through familiar spaces along with brand-new rooms designed exclusively for the attraction!

Here’s what Disney has officially confirmed:

🌿 A journey through Casita ending inside Antonio’s rainforest room

🦜 More than 50 animals represented throughout the attraction

🌸 Returning voices for Mirabel, Luisa and Isabela

🎶 Colorful scenes filled with animals, music and Encanto magic

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 No height requirement, making it an adventure the entire family can enjoy

🌿 AN ENTIRELY NEW WORLD IS COMING TO DISNEY’S ANIMAL KINGDOM!

Disney is transforming part of Animal Kingdom into Tropical Americas: Pueblo Esperanza, an immersive 11-acre land celebrating the stories, wildlife, cultures and mysteries of the tropical Americas.

Opening in 2027, this lush new village will feature two major attractions, experiences for younger explorers, dining, shopping and beautiful spaces designed to feel as though Pueblo Esperanza has existed for generations.

Here’s everything Disney has officially confirmed:

🌸 Antonio’s Fiesta de Encanto
The first-ever Encanto ride-through attraction at a Disney park, featuring Casita, the Madrigal family and more than 50 animals - with no height requirement!

🐍 Indiana Jones and the Myth of the Jade Serpent
An original adventure through an ancient Maya temple and into the Maya Underworld, filled with legendary creatures and supernatural danger.

🎠 El Carrusel de los Animalitos
A family-friendly carousel featuring 22 hand-carved animals inspired by beloved Disney and Pixar stories.

🔎 A Maya-inspired play area
Young explorers will be able to uncover artifacts and investigate the wonders of the rainforest through hands-on play.

🍽️ A massive hacienda restaurant
The land will include one of the largest quick-service restaurants anywhere at Walt Disney World. Disney has not announced its official name or menu yet.

🛍️ New shopping locations
Souvenir shops are confirmed, with additional details still to come.

⛲ Pueblo Esperanza
The vibrant village will include lush landscaping, colorful architecture and a central fountain where villagers gather to share stories.
