Finished the week strong with a rig replacement on a 1985 Stevens 47. Replaced the uppers, intermediates and lower shrouds and inspected the rest of the rig to make sure the boat is ready for something big!

This vessel and it’s crew has been around the world once already and has full intention of doing it again. Safe travels to SV Grin and its crew! 🌊🌎

These week we installed a few new halyards on a vessel. Used a messenger line and a few nuts to snake the halyard inside the mast. Customer was very happy and plans to have us back to change some other lines soon. ⛵️🌊

Rig inspections are crucial to the safety and well-being of all standing rigging components. When conducting a rig inspection we look at everything from the top of the mast down to the chainplates. This including clevis pins, cotter pins, fittings, turnbuckles, eyes, tangs and more.

Today we worked on a beautiful 83’ Tartan 37. The client had us perform a full rig inspection and polish the aloft stainless to ensure they get the most life out of their hardware.

This vessel was due for her annual rig inspection. All looked great; she is fit to sail! While we were up there the owner wanted us to replace the VHF Antenna and masthead light which we happy obliged.
