Slow depressurisation due to
Outflow valve failure to close. On this ferry flight with no passengers, these two Airbus Instructors pilots handled the situation very calm and professionally before deciding to go back to the departure airport. Maintenance change the outflow valve and aircraft flew to final destination without further issues.
