Primary Job Responsibilities:

Answering, screening and routing inbound calls
Assisting with the overall office operations by working directly with management
Providing Excellent Customer Service
Overseeing the on-boarding of new employees
Light Bookkeeping
Performing general office duties (such as sorting mail, faxing, scanning)
Using various computer application to support clients and our internal operations
Assisting the Sales Department with customer service to follow up and marketing

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ years of administrative support experience
Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Excel, Quickbooks, and Act database management
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Process-oriented to meet position demands, including time requirements, deadlines, and duties
Excellent customer service skills and team player
Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
