Some years ask you to sprint. Others ask you to grow roots.
This one asked for both.
As I look back, what stands out isn’t the pace we kept—it’s the way the team showed up for each other, for our clients, and for a vision that’s bigger than any single shipment or spreadsheet. We built systems that could stretch without breaking. We learned to trust the data, trust the process, and most importantly, trust each other.
And somewhere in the middle of all that steady, sometimes-messy, very human work… we landed on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list.
Being named one of the fastest-growing private companies in America is an honor, sure. But for us, it’s also a marker. Proof that focus and care can scale. Proof that growth doesn’t have to cost you your values. Proof that a small team, aligned around service, can move like a much larger one.
I’m proud of what we built this year.
I’m even more excited about what we’re building into.
