Jalisco: Specifically including Puerto Vallarta, Guadalajara, and Chapala.
Tamaulipas:
Including Reynosa and surrounding municipalities.

Other States:
Portions of Michoacán, Guerrero, Nuevo León, Baja California (Tijuana, Tecate, Ensenada), and Quintana Roo (Cancún, Playa del Carmen).
