Lucky 7 Logistics LLC, (L7L) is an Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic and energetic team players to deliver online order packages. Delivery Driver Associates strive to get every online order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities.
DSP Location: 8901 Forney Road, Dallas, TX 75227
Compensation & Benefits:
$16.50 per hour (STARTING SALARY)
Overtime Pay [TIME AND A HALF] over 40 hrs
Health, Vision, and Dental provided After 30 days
Paid time off (PTO)
Full-time: Saturday – Sunday [4-5 days a week]

Referral Bonus: $200.00 (conditions may apply)
Starting time is around 10:30AM and ends between 8:00-9:00PM. Shifts ranges between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.
Note: As a delivery driver, you will be delivering online order packages to eager customers to their homes, apartments, and business centers. This job will require frequent stoppage with company van and delivering packages safely to the end-customer!
This is a physical, fast paced job. Candidates should be ready to physically move and have basic experience with GPS and able to solve mapping problems on the go. Expect to delivery anywhere between 250-300 packages a day and stop multiple times (30 stops per hour).

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information
Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area
Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers
Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Lift packages up to 50 lbs
Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
Communicating effectively with dispatch and the team, as well as helping others potentially with rescues
Basic Requirements:
Eligible to work in the U.S or Canada depending on region
At least 21 years of age
Consent to a pre-employment background check & drug test “for US only”
Able to communicate in English. Bilingual is a plus!
Uber, LYFT,UPS, FEDEX, USPS, MOVER, WAREHOUSE experience a plus
Van[Commercial size] Experience. NO CDL Required. GPS experience a plus
1+ years of driving experience OR warehouse experience (PREFERRED)
Basic mobile troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills
Quick learner and able to solve problems independently!
Team player and willingness to help others
