☎️ This week, we experienced that support firsthand. Our sister company Medstar Medical Transport Tucson generously sent one of their seasoned dispatchers to Phoenix so she could share her expertise with our customer service team.

🚐 At Medstar Medical Transport, safety isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we train for and prioritize.

❤️✋Today, some of our team members took part in hands-on CPR training, one of the many ways we continue to sharpen our skills and stay prepared when it matters most. At Medstar, this training isn’t optional it is our standard. Every one of our Patient Transport Technicians out in the field is CPR certified.

👉 This dedication also reflects one of our core values: Passion For Learning. We believe that growing our knowledge base directly translates into safer, more compassionate care for the Arizona communities we serve.

🚐 We recently had the incredible opportunity to partner with Dream Flights and two skilled nursing facilities to honor a few of our local veterans.

✈️ We were able to transport these patients from their facilities to the Glendale Airport, where they experienced the unforgettable joy of flying in a vintage biplane.

💙 It was truly an amazing and meaningful experience for our team to be part of. We’re grateful for opportunities like this and look forward to creating many more memorable moments together with our Arizona healthcare partners in the future.
