Today, Sunday, we helped a senior who was recently discharged from the hospital move her belongings from 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐮𝐜𝐬𝐨𝐧 to an assisted living home in 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐚 (𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞). It was a complicated and emotional move — but it was handled with 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧.

By the end of the day, she was 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐝, 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 knowing everything was safely taken care of.

Today, we gracefully moved a senior’s belongings into The Country Club of La Cholla on short notice. The rain came down, the air was fresh, and her caregiver and placement advisor were absolutely wonderful. Everyone ended the day happy — and that’s what matters most.
