Dear Triangle/Curbside Customers,

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work behind the sides to combine our billing and operational information. Things are moving along well, and we appreciate the opportunity to continue providing you and your family with reliable and affordable trash and recycling collection.
Below are a few updates. Please let us know if you have any questions.

UPDATED CONTACT INFORMATION
Thank you to all the customers that have submitted updated contact information to Curbside. This information will be useful as we build account information and keep you informed of any future changes.
If you have not submitted updated contact information, please feel free to send us an email to [email protected] or by completing the form at the https://curbsidewaste.com/trianglecustomers/.
Please indicate in this form the size of service you currently use and if you want any additional carts, any new carts or would like to exchange carts.

DO YOU NEED NEW CARTS?
You are not required to exchange your Triangle cart for a curbside cart but if you are using a small personal container or don't have a cart, we will eventually need to get you a trash, recycling and or yard waste cart. We are delivering some carts this week.

CARTS WERE DELIVERED AND I STILL HAVE MY OLD ONES
If new carts are delivered and you have old ones to remove, please place them at the curb with the trash on your next service day and we will remove them.

FIRST BILL FROM CURBSIDE
Around mid June, customers will receive your first invoice from Curbside Waste. All invoices will be mailed in hard copy, and some will be emailed as well if you chose that option. This billing will put all residential customers on a prepay system where this invoice covers services for June and July. With this invoice you will be able to sign up for auto pay through our app or website. Commercial customers will continue to be billed monthly.

CURBSIDE TRUCKS COMING TO MENDOTA HEIGHTS CUSTOMERS NEXT WEEK!!!
Curbside operates trash, recycling and yard waste routes in Mendota Heights. Starting Wednesday, June 10, you may see these trucks servicing Triangle Customers as well. This service may help us identify other customers in need of a collection cart. Our team will set up cart delivery and get one sent your way.

Triangle Rubbish has officially joined forces with Curbside Waste. Both companies are local, family-owned businesses, and you will continue to be serviced by a local, family-owned team based right here in Minnesota.

Morning! As the FAQ letter mentioned, Quarterly payers will receive one more bill from Triangle to cover Feb, March and April. Unfortunately I am behind on getting these out. Just sending this out for those wondering and so youre not surprised.

Triangle/Curbside recognizes Memorial Day and will not be working on Monday. Everyone will be picked up 1 day later.

Thank you to everyone who has been supportive. Unfortunately, there have been some that have been the very opposite. Its very disheartening after so many years of hard work and amazing service. Maybe people dont realize how small we really were and the impact?

Jim has worked through strep throat, pneumonia, broken fingers, etc. Hes never taken a vacation....ever. Alicia has her own full time job and does bookkeeping and billing on top of that outside of regular hours.

Our kids have never had to opportunity to go anywhere for more than a weekend.

Please keep these things in mind when you call or speak with him.

After many years of serving this community as a family-owned business, this decision was not made lightly, and we are incredibly grateful for the loyalty, trust, and support you have shown our family over the years.

We are proud of the relationships we’ve built and the reputation for quality and service that has been at the heart of our business. As we transition to new ownership, we are confident that the same care and commitment will continue for our customers and community.

We understand the possible impacts it may have but at the end of the day, this is whats best for us. We are working hard with Curbside to make this transition as seamless as possible but there may be some bumps along the way. Please feel free to reach out to us using the same contact information or use the email set up just for Triangle customers. But keep in mind that Jimmy still has all the same stops to pick up if you speak with him in person.
