We recently had the honor of working with Redwire Space Technologies on protecting their prized equipment. This BioFabrication 3d printer spent 2yrs on the space station as it successfully printed living human tissues for organs to hopefully assist infant organ failure. As this fabrication has only been able to be replicated in a zero gravity environment and being the first in space accomplish this task, we packaged it up to be put on display in the Smithsonian in D.C. 🚀 🦏

Snow removal equipment endures extreme temperatures and harsh chemicals throughout the winter season, which can cause rapid deterioration without proper maintenance. To mitigate this, our team thoroughly washed the equipment with a salt neutralizer, performed fluid changes, applied grease, and encased it in 6mil VCI shrinkwrap. The use of VCI, a rust inhibitor, is critical in safeguarding valuable equipment during storage, eliminating concerns about oily residue and protecting delicate electrical components.
