Say Yes to the Prom, a multi-city event, gives 2,000 students their red-carpet moment and career pathways in media and entertainment for navigating their future—all at no cost.

From warehousing and transportation to just-in-time delivery and asset setup/breakdown, we handle the logistics from city to city and start to finish. With multi-vendor coordination eliminated, the WBD team can focus on helping the students shine. Armstrong is more than a vendor. We’re a partner deeply invested in our client’s success well beyond the service contract, as Armstrong employees also volunteered at this incredible event.

Our San Antonio team went all in on the first-ever San Antonio Duck Derby. We hosted 25 Rotary Club members at our warehouse, tagged all 7,500 ducks and delivered them straight to the starting line.
