For all those that are partying and celebrating this weekend please remember what Memorial Day is. Those that served know what it is as do so many that served and had brothers and sisters that did not come home.

Remember you are free to barbecue and celebrate this weekend because of those that fought and gave their lives for you to be able to do so.

Memorial Day is "the day we pay homage to all those who didn't come home, it is a day of solemn contemplation over the cost of freedom." It is a day to pause and reflect upon the many service members who risked and ultimately lost their lives fighting on behalf of the United States.
