Over the coming days, you may receive an email or message from First Choice Travel Agency and/or Tern asking you to create a free Tern traveler account.

✅ YES — THIS MESSAGE IS LEGITIMATE AND IT IS COMING FROM US.

First Choice Travel Agency is transitioning to Tern, our new travel planning system, and I will be adding existing and upcoming trips to the new system.

Tern will give you one convenient place to access your:

✈️ Trip itineraries
📄 Confirmations & travel documents
📝 Forms and information requests
🔔 Important trip updates
💳 Payments and payment authorizations
📱 Trip information through the Tern traveler app

As I move your trips into Tern, you may receive an invitation asking you to create your free traveler account. Please follow the instructions in that message so your account can be connected to your travel information.
