One of the Smoky Mountains’ most magical places, The Inn at Christmas Place brings the feeling of the holidays to Pigeon Forge every single day of the year. Open since June 2007, this Bavarian-style hotel sits across the Parkway from The Incredible Christmas Place, the family-owned Christmas store that began in 1986. Inside, nearly every corner carries the theme, from wreaths, decorated trees, garland, and twinkling lights to cozy seating, a two-story stone fireplace, festive guest rooms, and a lower-lobby glockenspiel that plays Christmas music each hour. Some suites come with whirlpool tubs, gas fireplaces, balconies, and full-size decorated Christmas trees. Guests also get a hot breakfast and can enjoy landscaped gardens, fire pits, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, Santa visits, carols, stories, and evening cookies at the front desk. The outdoor Winter Wonder Lagoon opened in September 2024 and was designed by Lucas Congdon of the TV series Insane Pools. Its courtyard also features a 20-foot fiber-optic snowflake. The lagoon includes a lazy river, Sleigh Ride Slide, Gumdrop Grotto, and Candy Cane Cascades, adding even more Christmas fun during warmer months.
