Ashley, I just wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU. Saturday was genuinely the best moving experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Jameson, Colton, Omar, and Dylan (hopefully I’m spelling their names right) were sooo professional, hardworking, fun, kind, and in such great/positive spirits. I even had my handyman working on some things for me and when they left he was like “wow… those were the nicest movers I’ve ever seen.”
That evening, my best friend and I were finally sitting down for the night and we were like “what.. the .. heck.. today was fun?!”
On Sunday, we continued to unpack and watch football and have people in and out helping with things and by then end of the day Sunday we both realized that the most stressful point of the entire moving/unpacking experience was when we ordered chipotle for delivery and they delivered to a wrong location so we had to order it again.. haha! My point with that is: who has THAT be the most stressful things with moving? Everything else was so smooth and fun!
I sincerely think the positive experience started with you being so accommodating and flexible when things with my closing became stressful and then when the team showed up Saturday morning with such friendly and easygoing attitudes. Things could NOT have been better.
Hopefully, I get to stay in my home for a long time but I will forever be shouting the name Fire Logistics and be an absolutely FOREVER customer.
P.S. When my best friend, the handyman, and I were talking about how great the moving team was I told them how I’ve moved with y’all 3 times in the past 4 years and it has always been a positive experience. And I mentioned “the ONLY thing I don’t know about is how they actually handle things if they get broken…. Because that has NEVER happened to me!” 😂
