Our hearts and prayers are with everyone across our state’s pupil transportation community and specifically the Clarksville Montgomery County School district, as we all face the heartbreaking loss of young lives taken far too soon in a tragic school bus accident. There are no words that can fully ease the grief felt by families, friends, classmates, and colleagues, but please know you are not alone.

In pupil transportation, we share a deep and unwavering commitment: to protect, to care for, and to ensure every student arrives safely. When tragedy strikes, it impacts us all, not only as professionals, but as people who carry the weight of that responsibility each and every day.

We stand together in solidarity; grieving alongside you, offering our support, and holding space for the sorrow, the questions, and the healing that lies ahead. We honor the lives of the students lost and extend our deepest compassion to their families and to all those affected.

In the days to come, may the strength of your communities, the care you show one another, and the shared commitment to our mission help guide and support you through this incredibly difficult time.
