Dear Valued Customers,

Our IT team continues to work around the clock to restore services. As of right now I do not have an ETA on when services will be restored, but I will provide updates via this email regularly and when new information becomes available.

Responses to this email go directly to my inbox, so please forgive me if I do not respond immediately as I try to respond to each of you. We also ask at this time that you do not reach out to technical support for updates on this outage, but rather refer to the updates coming from me as I will have the latest information available.

We truly regret the impact this is having to your operations and your customers. We are working around the clock to restore services and put in place measures to prevent this from occurring again.

I will update you regularly as more information becomes available.

We hope everyone is having a safe and fantastic weekend. Unfortunately, our M4000 fuel system is down and cannot provide fuel.
QT Pod is having a national network outage and they do not know when the network will be back online. We will keep you posted on any updates.
