Inclement Weather Update- Sunday 1/25/26 and Monday 1/26/26

USCS McDonough Campus,

McDonough I and II will be operating normal schedule for ALL shifts for the remainder of today, Sunday 1/25 and tomorrow, Monday 1/26, however, we want you to use extreme caution while traveling to work. Please check UKG App notifications, emails, and/or messages from your supervisor for more information.

Inclement Weather Update- Sunday 1/25/26

USCS McDonough 2 Team,

Due to anticipated inclement weather conditions, all FIRST SHIFT employees will report at 10:00 AM on Sunday, January 25, 2026 unless otherwise communicated.

At this time, there are no other schedule changes. All other shifts are expected to report at their normally scheduled start times unless otherwise communicated.

Please continue to monitor the UKG App, email, and Facebook for any additional updates.

McDonough is getting bigger. A lot bigger.

US Cold is investing in a 14.8 million cubic foot expansion in Georgia and the message is simple. The market is not slowing down. The demand is not waiting. Neither are we.

The Phase 3 build out at McDonough goes live in 2027 and brings:

• A 13.2 million cubic foot ASRS room
• A second refrigerated room with advanced automated layer picking
• 41,000 more pallet positions
• 26 dock doors and 2 rail doors
• A total footprint above 21 million cubic feet

This is how you future proof a business. As General Manager Dedric Thomas put it, this expansion is about capacity, efficiency, competitiveness and serving customers with speed and precision.
